it is best to wait until tehy are about 4-5 weeks and that is only more of a rinse when they are being weaned and getting teh moist puppy food all over them. if they have fleas the mom and teh pups can be bathed now but the house should also be treated.
Other than that anytime after 8 weeks old

Well I'd wait till they were up and moving around on their own. Let's shoot for somewhere around seven or eight weeks old. Right now mom is doing all the cleaning they need. And when they're old enough for baths, like with mom, not too many. Not more than say once a month. Too many baths dry out a dogs coat and skin. How about you spend your time with them brushing and petting them. That helps them produce and distribute their natural oils.

First, the mother dog should do all necessary cleaning until the pups are weaned (about 12 weeks). If for some reason you have 2 week old pups with no mum (or a lazy one!), yes you need to clean them until toilet trained - with a warm wet cloth (no soap). They don't need to be immersed in water, just stand them in an empty bath or sink with warm water running.
Second, there are two schools of thought on dog washing - always and never. Dogs have natural oils in their skin. Once you start stripping away these oils with soap, the skin will start over-producing them, so you will always have to wash the dog. My dogs never get washed (unless they've rolled in something foul), and they don't smell particularly "doggy". They get to swim in fresh water in summer, they have clean hay in their kennel, and clean grass in my yard to roll on.

Your puppies are way too young to be bathed, The mother dog will take care of them for now, so don't disturb them, as she won't like it. Wait until they're five or six months. Call your Vet & see what he/she tells you.

It depends on the reason you are giving them a bath. Do they have fleas? Then you can bathe them but be sure to use a shampoo that is safe. Otherwise I would wait until they are at least 6 weeks old so they don't get sick. Their mother should be cleaning them constantly so I wouldn't worry about it until they get older.

They are way to young yet. You can just get a wash cloth and wet it with warm water and ring it out very well. Then just wipe them off. Make sure you dry them off well too.
