Did you mean Atheists? Well Atheists, yes they do exist.
I once became an atheist. Look for a dictionary and see what an atheist is.

It's a NO for your second question.

God bless you. Don't become an atheist.

Atheists are very interesting people. The say there isnt a God and yet, they're always asking the challenging questions (such as "If God really did ---- then why does he ----? and so on) that only contradict their belief. I have known countless people who claim to be atheists and when they find themselves in the worst of near-death situations and all they can scream and shout is "Oh my God!"
*Yeah, I thought there was no God*.
I think that atheism is claimed by those who lack the trust and belief in themselves and so they cannot trust and believe anything or anyone else. Most of all, it is an abstract idea that appeals to them to make them feel self-sufficient. In the end, sociological studies have shown that the human being has the natural and inborn need to believe in something- real or not real. And those who fight this need are actually in the category of those with the highest rates of suicide and/or suicidal attempts.
In the end, if you say "I dont believe in rain", you're just saying that you dont believe in it but that it actually exists.

No they are not acknowledging its existance. It's just the only way to tell someone who does believe god exists that they do not. I'm sure some even wish there was a god, but because of personal reasons or experience that they deduced that he just isn't there.

That's like saying that by stating that unicorns do not exist, you are acknowledging that unicorns actually DO exist.

I advise you to sign up for a Philosophy 101 course and learn the difference between a concept and an object.

lol love the logic since so many people do believe in "god" us declaring that we don't doesn't mean we are acknowledging we are simply saying that there is no "god" it's just a word like anything else. By your statement people who don't believe in aliens really do just because they acknowledge a word.

No.

We all acknowledge the existence of the CONCEPT of god. What atheists do not acknowledge is the existence of any deity.

Whereas we are free to discuss the CONCEPT of an invisible pink unicorn, it is another matter to claim such a thing exists in reality.

It is always a good thing to think clearly.

Um, it's "Atheists". So no, "Athiests" don't exist.

And your reasoning is very far off, what are you thinking? How would saying something doesn't exist make said something even more legitimate?

I don't believe in GOD, so yeah, the short answer is, Yes we do exist. For all I know, he might have made me, I just don't believe it.

Typical pseudo-logic.
This stupid statement is made every day. Doesn't make it the least bit accurate.
Quit looking to Kirk Ca-moron for arguments against atheism.
