With rising beef prices, I find myself getting creative w/ chicken & pork. I also visit a farmer's market weekly for fresh produce. I have 3 boys who'll eat almost anything.

I'm looking for some new recipes to try that don't take much prep time and may be fun for the boys to help with.

Please suggest any online sites I could visit.

i've taken a lot of recipes from foodnetwork.com (they have thousands). they'll let you search by ingredient (chicken, for example)...and rate the recipes by degree of difficulty.

this is my favorite pork recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_14512,00.html?rsrc=search

this particular recipe may not be great for the boys, though. it involves a quick flambe (it's really easy, though - don't be intimidated!). it's also a greast recipe to play around with...i leave out some of the ingredients that i don't particularly care for (hot sauce, cilantro, etc)...and it still comes out great. this has become a new family favorite in my house!
