1.) Ibuprofen

2.) put white vinegar on the sunburn using cotton balls for the pain

3.) body butter. Burts Bee's body butter works very well. Can be found at a whole foods store

Aloe smeared all over the affected area and I swear by Tylenol. Wash with dandruff shampoo to prevent/reduce peeling.

my daughter swears by taking a lukewarm bath with lots of white vinegar added to the water, or epsom salts. Then moisturize like crazy, I like Noxema because it cools the skin and also moisturizes. Don't forget to take aspirin if you can tolerate it, or an anti- inflammatory such as Motrin or naproxen, it helps with the inflammation and pain. hope this helps.

aloeva plant is the best. nowdays you can buy it but if you have the plants lke i do use that and it will stop it you may have to apply and apply depending how burnt you are but its the best and pain relieving there is.
