Not in pubs and bars, there are a lot of believers in those places.
Edit: Or prisons.
Edit: Go to some sort of science convention. There would be a higher percentage of "lost souls" there.
Edit: contrary to what the first answerer suggested, there is probably a higher percentage of believers among the homeless than in a biologist convention, for instance.

I don't think that you have to go out and find them. Just witness to people you come across and you'll find them.

there really is no right place to find them, they are all over, friends families, people who lives next door, oh just walking down the street where you live there could be just that one person God is showing you and leading you to this person..Peace
