I think Susie just isn't very smart or maybe she is the smartest girl in the room as she doubled her profit from an even dumber Timmy. If she could get a liquor license and a cocktail table she could sell him a $9 beer, a $20 table dance, and really start making some money!

I don't know how old Steven thinks that joke is, but I think it is quite literally the oldest joke I know. Of course 40 years ago it involved climbing a flagpole and a lot less money. Suzy is not a bad girl, but timmy (probably Johnny's older brother) is a bad boy.
