I have 2 dogs my older dog nibbles on my younger dogs face??? He is only playing with her but I wonder what this means??

i had a dog that used to do that. she nibbled our cats. they didn't mind they just laid there.
my dog now does it now and then to me on my arms when we are playing.
i'm not sure why they do it. it tickles and it's funny to watch

He may be smelling food on the younger one's face, really! My King Charles Spaniel does that to my Bischon's ears and it is food that he is trying to lick off of them! LOL!

My neice and nephew calls this nibbling "fleaing" , I dont know if this is correct or not though.
