The venison & noodles that my mom makes, or my grandmother's chicken noodles, or this dish at the local Chinese joint--I can't remember the correct name off the top of my head but I think it's Lo Mein noodles, or something like that.

Do you mean strictly noodles, or also other pastas?
If it's pasta you mean, then I like fresh ravoli and grated parmesan cheese. If not, then there's a thai dish I like but don't know the spelling. (Pahd Si Ew is how it's pronounced.)

i'd have to say "clam scampi" which contains little clams instead of shrimp. in truth i'd have to say i love everything that has noodles/pasta in it!!!
