well i got about a month to get completely ready for freshmen football. I have been moderatly working out this summer but io need to kick it up a notch. I wanna slim down as much i as i can and get a buff as i can. I do not have a weight machine but i can get 2 1 if i had to. if you can please tell me what exercises and amounts and what foods to eat.
I am 14 and pretty strong and kinda quick if it helps. Thanks a million
