i heard that you can consu,e to much water and you will die

Yes, you can drink too much water. I can't remember where, but there was this water drinking contest done by this radio station, and one lady died later on after that from water poisioning. However. your body will tell you when you've had too much water. I get a little queasy when I drink too much water. Your body will tell you when you drink too much, or are getting dehyderated. Just don't forget to do what your body says :D

I spend alot of time outside at work, and in the hot texas summers, I can drink upwards of over a gallon and a half of water/gatorade in an 8 hour period.

Yes, too much water can kill a person. A health person should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Often diabetic are very thirsty and want to drink a lot of water. Most normal people don't want to drink too much liquid.

3 gallons or more and you'll die. What happens is that your body gets oversaturated with the fluid and your brain literally drowns in the water. The only exception to this of course is if you're out in the sun and working hard, in which case you are of course sweating some of it out. Hope this helped.

daily requirement is 0.5oz per every pound of body weight - e.g. if you weight 150lbs - drink at least 75oz of water
nobody should go over a gallon a day

i dont think u can consume too much water..it is very good for you and def wont make you die
