Im only 140 and 6'1'' im trying to gain weight.

My question is I feel like im always eating, is it safe to eat whenever your hungry. i have a very fast metabolism and i would say i eat the equivelent of about 6-8 regular size meals a day.

p.s. im making sure to get all my fruits veggies and protein and im working out alot.

From your description you sound like you are doing just fine. You should eat when you are hungry - little and often is a much touted dietary positive. Enjoy your food - don't let all this bullshit stop you. The media and celebrities and "doctors" and bloody dieticians have turned food into the enemy - it isn't!

Yes, it sounds safe to me. If you don't already you should try to eat more peanut butter and protein shakes (in order to gain weight). Peanut butter has tons of protein and a bit of fiber in it too, not to mention that its extremely high in calories. Two tablespoons is almost 200 calories!

yes it is safe. u r doin the right thing, if u hav a high metabolism then ur burning calories very fast and easy so you need to keep eating. and eating right and working out is great
