Swing hard just in case you catch it.

Feel confident in yourself that you can smack the living hell out the ball. Confidence is a big role in golf. Listen to music that pumps you up before the tee shot and make sure your doing the proper swing and grip before.

Just try to stay as loose as you do with your practice swings. If your practice swings are good, step up to the ball and hit it the same way. Don't take too much time over the ball because you'll get un-loose and you'll start thinking too much and you won't make your natural swing.

Tell me how you do.

when i was in my first tournament i got worried and duffed one,but all you need to do is relax calm yourself down and take some deep breaths and just swing like you normally do, just do your normal routine and don't let anything worry you, just take everything one shot at a time

Just think of it as just another shot and nothing special. Every shot is a new and different opportunity.
