In Spanish, very misspelled: "Hey, who are you?"

I'm not going to argue with a native Spanish speaker (answer #2) but I had read the original question as "y quien eres," pronounced ee-kien-eres, which would mean "and who are you?"

Oye/eh, ¿quién eres?=Hey, who are you?
In Spanish you need both question marks and stress mark over the "e" in quién
