How to make dry coffee creamer?

I looked around on the internet and couldnt find a recipe for just regular powderd coffee creamer. Please give me one!!

Amaretto Coffee Creamer
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 cup non dairy coffee creamer
* 1-1/4 tsp. almond extract
* 1-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1 cup powdered sugar

PREPARATION:
In a jar with a screw-top lid, combine all ingredients and shake well to blend. To make Amaretto Coffee: Place tablespoons of creamer in a mug and fill with 6 ounces of coffee.

Most regular powdered coffee creamer is made from sugar, corn syrup solids and hydrogenated coconut or palm oil, and the manufacturing process is beyond what you could do at home. That being said, if you wanted to have some kind of coffee whitener that didn't require refrigeration you can buzz 2 parts dry milk and 1 part sugar (i.e. 1 cup dry milk to 1/2 cup sugar) in a blender of food processor. You can add flavoring like cinnamon or use half brown sugar and half white sugar for a richer flavor. But this recipe will NOT taste exactly like regular powdered coffee creamer - that is just one of those things you can't really make at home.

I saw this mixed with some cocoa to make a mocha creamer so maybe if you take away the coca and just mix these two ingredients you will get what you want.........hope it works!

2 cups nonfat dry milk

I don't think you'd be able to buy all the additives, preservatives and chemicals they use to make that stuff from anywhere.
