Well you could try one of these ideas............
1. A pool party! Plan one at your local YMCA
2. A calm peaceful dinner at the bride-to-be's favorite restauraunt.
3. Go to a concert together.
4. A movie party!
5. A sweet slumber party!
6. Go rock-climbing.
7. Go to an amusement park.
I hope this helps!

Because I'm not the type of person that would be up for a night of drunken dubachery either, I thought of some things I'd like doing with my girls: - If they can afford it, a spa day or mani/pedis before a nice meal at a fancier resaturant. Lobster, anyone? My cousin makes a point to go out for a nice dinner with her girlfriends only once a year. They love it, and they always get lobster or steak. - A weekend at a B&B somewhere near outlet shopping or out in nature, playing board games, sleepovers, movies, etc. If money was an option, a night in with a PJ party at someone's house will do the trick after a day of shopping. - Afternoon tea at a hotel if one near you offers that. I live in Chicago, so these places are everywhere (The Drake, Peninsula, etc.) and they're quite popular, and a great experience. - A simple night out at a nice restaurant with cocktails at a more "mature" bar. My fiance and I have a bar near us that specializes in martinis, and it's a more mature crowd. Usually quiet, but really fun and nice. - A jazz club. Little black dresses, a nice dinner and dancing.

You could do a potluck... And rent a bunch of wedding comedies to play on DVD. Maybe a season of her favorite TV show. That would be pretty tame. Bring along some cards perhaps and a board game or two to give options. Ummm... If she were a little more of a drinker... I'd recommend a game played at my party: I Never. But I don't know if that is too much for her or not.
I haven't had to plan one myself so I'm kind of out of ideas now. Lol.

Is there a really cool restaurant in your area that you could all go to and then go to a movie? You could have an old fashioned slumber party with pizza, movies and ice cream at someones house. How about a field trip to the mall where every girl buys your friend an item costing $20 or less for her honeymoon. Have fun and don't worry about what a bachelorette party is supposed to be.

I'm like your friend - I don't party or drink. I have talked to my bridesmaids about possible ideas that may work for you too.
- Go bowling. Really, you can have a good laugh at how good/bad you are.
- Girls movie night. Rent a couple movies, have popcorn and ice cream and any other munchies that sound good. Order a pizza and relax and enjoy yourselves.
- Go out to a play / concert.
Some things are great fun without going wild or needing a dozen people. Good luck with the planning

A few weekends ago my fiance and I went to a comedy club, and there were two bachelorette parties and one bachelor party there. You can go out to dinner, or a lot of comedy clubs have a dinner club as well before the show. It was awesome fun and the comedians worked it into their show, talked about weddings, etc. One of the bachelorette parties were beside us, and they were having a GREAT time, lol.
Oh, and also, there were 6 of them there, you don't need a HUGE group of people!
Enjoy! Have fun!

Plan a road rally (scavenger hunt in cars) for the bridal party. Make the ending location the bride's fave restaurant, first team back wins! You can go all over the city and have them look for different things.

For a tame bach party I'm from NJ so these are my picks, a weekend in Atlantic City, Tony and Tina's Wedding in NY, the Wedding Singer Broadway show, and my Awesome 80's Prom in NY.

My bachelorette party was also small. We went out to dinner at a restarant that had karaoke. It was a lot of fun. A friend of mine was married a few years ago and we went and played pool. I love the idea of a slumber party with chick flicks!!
Oh one other time a small group of us went to a comedy club it was a blast! Have fun!

First, go out and do something corny fun...bumper cars....everyone loves that no matter how old you are. Have dinner, then rent some good ole girly movies, make some fun tropical drinks (w/or w/o alcohol) and bake some brownies, cookies,... anything yummy. And talk the night away!
