I am 18 years old, I am in healthy shape, I eat right, and I keep my blood pressure down. Lately I have been experiencing terrible migraines followed by a severe nose bleed that lasts from 10-20 minutes, they usually get so bad the blood will go into the back of the throat and make me vomit. Blood clots are present at times. I have not went to the doctor for the reason, I live on my own and I can not afford a medical bill right now.

I forgot to add that I have been sleeping more than usualy, and I have been feeling fatigued, I am not sure if that has any relations to my headaches and nosebleeds, but I decided to add it in anyways. Also, I have experienced a head trauma recently, but they sent me home that day with painkillers and a bandaged head. The injury was sustained above my right eye about and inch from my temple.

You should make an appointment with a doctor immediately. It could be helped and it could be something serious if you don't take care of it. It could be a blood dyscrasia or a problem with the white blood cells or platelets, all of which there are treatments for. If you can't afford a bill then call a clinic and explain your situation and find out if you can qualify for some help to pay the bill. You must take care of it NOW!!!

Have you gotten tackled or hit your head recently.

Your symptoms usually are a sign of some sort of head trama the headache is from your brain swelling and the blood is from the increased cranial pressure. You need to go to the hospital fast.

Aneurysm or serious heart problems, I would get an EKG and CT scan before you over exert yourself anymore. What do you mean you keep your BP down, from what w. what, at 18 it should be down on it's own.
Borrow the money these symptoms are ominous.

Sounds like blood pressure but could be anything. Go to the er or your doctor to get this seen to quickly. You can't afford to die either so make your choice, medical bill or maybe death if it is severe enough.

Well what you are describing is not normal dear and regardless of your financial situation you need to see a doctor. Migraines don't normally end in nosebleeds.
