Any corn product.
Any soy product.
Any unidentified "meat" or "meat" meal! (Chicken, lamb, beef, etc are identified meats.)

Wheat Gluten
Animal Digest.

I always avoid brands that use the following:
Corn of any kind
Ground Rice
Ground Sorghum
By-products
Any form of "meal"...you want a real , whole, listed meat product instead.
Beef
Brewers Rice
Menadione
Soy
Bone and Meat Meal
ANY form of "sugar"

corn or corn by-products ( anything that says corn) in the first few ingredints is bad.
Try Blue Buffalo dog food
its really good for them

all the corn, wheat, animal digest (animal-by-products) which is basically anything that hits the ground from dead animals.... Corn and such is just fillers, which like in humans they pass right out after they are eaten... alot of "meal" also..

Wheat gluten is one of the most common causes for allergies in dogs. Also anything that says "bi product" is not very good.
Try a high quality food like Science Diet or Eukanuba, or maybe a holistic food from health food store.

Corn or any mention or it. Wheat. Soy, beet pulp, when it say's by products, meals of any kind ect....

corn/corn meal. It is really filling, but has little/no nutritional value. They pass it right out.
