i have a medium sized room. im 16 and a girl. i want a really nice room. i want to paint it get new furniture and some decore. i dont have any ideas maybe cuz im not so creative. does anyone have any ideas on a theme, decoration and anything like that. open to all suggestions. need alot of details on everything. help!!

Well, maybe look for some bedding that you really like.. Pick a color from that to help you decide on your wall color/theme etc... It would be good to organize your room/belongings to make it easier on yourself.. Get rid of anything you don't use/want and clear out any clutter... Look in magazines, television shows for inspiration... IKEA has some nice budget friendly things as well as Target, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond and Linen's N Things... I think once you figure out your style and theme or color choice won't be a problem. Good luck

You can choose a theme buy selecting your favorite things.Brainstorm.Since you a teenager try to find something that won't be too girly such as flowers( you get tired with the sight of flowers as time elapsed), pink, or your favorite band.You can go to a flea market and find some unique center pieces that we help you design your room around those particular things.You can sign up at your local imrpovement store for free decorative tips classes( home depot , lowes) or simply go to sherwin williams painting store.they have advisors.

well think about colors, what colors do you like? my room has purple walls and pink carpets with celebrity posters on the wall with bead strings hanging down in front of the closet where a door would be and i have a magazine shelf thing on the wall and some cool bean bag chairs in the corners. then i have candles and stuff. but thats just my room. but what about looking in something like PB teen? its got a bunch of fun stuff for teenage rooms. magazines can help.
