about every six months and it lasts about 2 weeks. Just like us though...it does vary with each dog;0)

most female dogs get it 1 -2 times a year. as far as blood dripping that only lasts a few days sometimes a week.
I would think most dogs only have it once a year it does seem if there is a male dog near by they some times have it 2 times a year.

She has it every six months and for about 10 days some times less than 10 days. Keep her comfortable and cool. You should take her to the vet or get her some good doggy vitamins. Make sure she has plenty of water at all times and that she is fed two times per day. Give her two cookies per day. Make sure you walk her and run with her at least three times a day. You will have a very happy pet and then you will be happy with her too.

Dogs don't have periods, they have heat cycles. They come in heat about every 6 months. Heat cycles last usually 21 days.

when my dog first went into heat she was 6mos. old and it lasted 30 days the second time was 6 mos. later and lasted about 2 wks. but it also depends on the breed.

Well they just have it once a day mabey once or twice a year. They dont sell any pads for them or anything just make sure they go in a good spot like the ground and cover it in dirt
