I can give you one for free at your house if you have olive oil, kosher salt and a trace of brown sugar use this scrub in the shower on dry areas, especially the feet, and knees and elbows.
If you have to buy this the olive oil alone is $7.. ++
I'd take a hot compress for your face heat in micro for double warmth.
As cheap as I am at times (About myself) investing in solid skin care is wise - sorry to say -
but look for all pure and natural things - and no mineral oils/petroleum - (vaseline/baby oil) = not good.

go to the store buy a carton of PLAIN unflavored yogurt
wash your skin
apply a think layer of theyogurt on skin
let dry
using your fingers in a back and forth motionand holding theareas of your skin taut, rub the yogurt until you seeit come off like eraser stubble( you maywant to wetyour fingertip a tiny bit but not too much)
lean over sink to do this
wash skin and apply moisturizer/sunscreen like doves sunscreen 15
its a mask and exfoliant in one!

dial soap, water,astringent..... sea brease is inexpensive
