I just heard it's a system requirement to have that if I am going to be able to play The Sims 2 Seasons. Well, my computer doesn't have it..... Please help!

No, this is a feature of a video card, and it a video card is a physical component, not something you can download, it is a physical part that must be bought and installed inside the computer.
