There is actually a tremendous amount of Empirical evidence and Empirical data that suggests the theory of reincarnation. However, ultimately it will be for each individual to decide what to believe.
Some of the more celebrated authors have been people such as Dr. Raymond Moody, Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and many others.
I use Past Life Regression in my practice but specifically for emotional healing. I find that it is a very useful method to have someone imagine the core of their fear being from a past life trauma.
I am careful to always tell the person that the memory could just be a metaphor, or a story from the subconscious mind, to release the hidden emotions. This has proven very useful because no "belief" is required.

The only evidence that matters is your personal experience and even that can be subject to your ability to accept this. So to answer your question, the Evidence that matters is what you find when you get some past life regression and research the data you come up with from the therapy or accept the outcome as true and go on from there.

There are no evidence. Just your belief. I think reincarnation is a romantic idea. But if you think about it, if you were reincarnated, wouldn't you have to start all over---as a baby--in the new life? How would anyone know that you "have come back?"
Like I said, it's a romantic idea. A husband comes back to care for his sick wife in her sleep, so she feels his presence even though he's not with her when she wakes.....

If your talking about reincarnation, it doesn't happen. The word of God says, that when a person dies, they cease to exist. But, God holds out to us a hope of a resurrection in which Jesus Christ his Son as king of the Messianic Kingdom will call out to everyone in God's memory and they will rise again with new fleshly bodies with a hope of everlasting life on a restored paradise earth.
