I don't have a problem writing HTML, I just don't have the time. Since I do know how to do it I want it to be free. Please help. I want an Easy to use Builder that won't cost me a thing. Preferrably drag and drop type. Thanks.

Hi
all4webs is not bad its free
the second site dreamstime you sign up to get free pictures
all you do is sign in, click on picture you want
and copy code beside it
then in all4webs click on the html button beside the design botton, then switch back to design and you will see the photos you just put in then mess around placing them on page
you can do some nice pages with these
the third link is one I did to show somone
and the 4th link is my website I did when I upgraded
