When my 5 year old little brother came home he was crying. He told me that his teacher had given him time out and well they had an awards today for not having any time out cards or bad behavior. As soon as he told me that i was so upset!! I could not belive this. My son only had one time out because he told me that he was talking during story time.He also said that the teacher said he should have been good like the rest of the students. His classmates was teasing him because they also had a pizza party too. Well now she cause me for some fighting i marched up that school called the teacher out and b*itch slapped her hard across the face. I knock em glasses off when my hands went upside her head. Was this acceptable i was upset?

Youll find out if it was acceptable when she charges you with assault.

That was really low class, immature, "ghetto" to slap the teacher. I have kids and believe me, I completely understand your feelings about what she did. It pisses you off when someone especially an adult kicks a childs self esteem down in the dirt. It was COMPLETELY wrong of her to do what she did. However you slapping her was wrong as well. What are you teaching your brother? This is something you/parent should have complained about to someone at the school who can ACTUALLY do something about it. They should be the ones to discipline her not you. You were obviously upset over it, and like I said, I can understand, I probably would have wanted to slap the b*tch too. Personally I would have taken her aside and explained to her in my most calm yet aggressive manner that I didn't appreciate what she did to my brother or how she made him feel, and I would have let her a.s.s. know I was filing a complaint. By what you did, you've only made yourself look like an incompetent person and someone who has no self control. I have a sister with that kind of temper and for that reason I had to go with her a few times to the school for conferences regarding her son. She always ended up making herself look like an idiot! Next time something like this happens, don't be so quick to make rash actions. If this teacher really wanted to, she could call the cops and file charges against you for assault n' battery. Better to be safe than sorry.

If you strike a teacher, you can be arrested on a felony 4 charge. Felony means that you can receive a sentence in excess of one year in jail. It is the same offense as striking a police officer. If you cause damage to the teacher, and that includes a red mark at the point of impact or soreness afterwards, the violation moves up to felony 3. To give you a hint of the seriousness of that, felony 2 includes attempted murder. You could be looking at 5-15 in prison. No, it was about as unacceptable as if the teacher had done the same to your brother. Your apology to that teacher had better be quick and very sincere. And yes, a teacher will prosecute in order to set an example for other potential violators.

You should be ashamed of yourself. You're lucky that lady didn't call the cops and have you and your over-the-top attitude hauled off in handcuffs. I feel sorry for your son having you and your bad examples as a mother. Sorry to hear that he'll grow up having you and your bad examples showing him an improper way to live and treat people. You need your head examined, maybe anger management classes.

That was your initial reaction to what the teacher did your brother. The teacher was doing her part to discipline the kids but it depends on the situation. You can report that teacher instead to the one higher to her so that they can make action on what to do. What punishment be given to her and know how to treat or discipline a child.

Come on!!! You know good and well that it wasn't acceptable behavior!! Upset or not, that is no way to act. Do you realize that children learn through what they see. What a WONDERFUL lesson you have taught him.

ok, you first say it's your little brother, then you say it's your son. you will be lucky if she doesn't have you arrested for assault. NO NO NO NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! there are consequences to all actions and if your son/brother can't behave in daycare then he should be expelled. Sounds like he learned his agression from his mom, or big sister...whoever u are.

I can't believe you can't figure that out yourself. Did you even ask for her side of the story first seriously are you gonna slap everyone who makes your kid cry?
