Guys i'm a little upset,I heard in heaven were on our knees all time, doing the thing with your arms going up and down, representing worship, and then besides that all we do is work, and there are no breaks,it just a repeating of the process,I also here we get no sexual urges,so it's orgasm denial for an eternity. So I was thinking, well I won't do this,So in order for God to keep us whipped,he takes are free will,You know all of this has really upset me for a while, would any Christians out there please tell it's not like this,I mean seriously, think of your favorite genre of music, and don't say and Christian genre, say you love rap,we all know rap has a lot of cursing, therefore God would not allow most rap,Or what about Rock,Say you love Black Sabbath,You all know God would never allow that,So basically I think when we get to heaven,We will be stripped of free will, music and video games, and we will be forced to get on our knees. All im sayin is can some1 plez tell me this is not true?

Do any of you realize what you are saying,There is no way,and I mean NO WAY,I would want to get on my knees,so obviously,he would have to use mind control, don't you realize it,he's manipulating you, tell me something,do you enjoy being on your knees, normally a person would say no,you know as well as I,that if you had the privilege to stand equal to this little white ball (god) that you would, and don't say you'd rather be his inferior, cause that is just crap, and if you do,I quite frankly think that some of you were born spineless, and guiless.I'd rather get multiple turns on this hell of an earth, than go to the afterlife to either be God or the devil's slave, depending on where you go.You have all been manipulated, you're all just puppets,we were made to be God and the devils toys,And I quite frankly am not ok with that. The truth is I was being sincere when I asked the question,I actually hate God and Religion in general,I sought out answers, and I got a Christianity programmed response.

LOL this is so not true!! LOL, it's a good question though, and I'm laughing because it's kind of sweet the way you asked it. God will do nothing to strip us of our own free will. He loves us so much, He would NEVER do that! He gave it to us, for crying out loud!! Heaven isn't where you work all the time, it's where you reach your ultamate goal, and you find true joy and peace. Key word: PEACE> yeah, you get to relax! No stress, no worries... and you are happy to glorify God, in all His majesty and mercy. Sure, I don't believe that you are lazy, I think that you will have a perfect understanding of what doing good means, and you will want to do good. There are a lot of other things that will answer other parts of your question, but you should probably just msg me for them... if you even care what I think! LOL... The best thing I can suggest is for you to read the scriptures, study it out for yourself, and then ask God Himself. He loves you, He'll answer any question you have... :) God bless!

Hi, I think I can help clear up the confusion,
You have heard correctly when you say that we will be on our knees worshipping God. However this is not necessarily a bad thing. The book of Exodus 33:18-23 describes the glory of God as being so great that no man can see it and live. Also, in Exodus 40:34, Moses could not enter the Tent of Meeting because the Lord's glory filled it. When we come into the presence of this great glory, we are overwhelmed with joy and all we can do is fall on our knees and give praise to God.
In Revelations 7:16-17, it says "Never again will they hunger, never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." Being in God's presence is a joy, not work and we are not forced to serve him. It is a joy, so we do it willingly.
You are also correct when you say we will have no sexual urges. When we die, we are given a new body. This new body will be a spiritual (not natural but supernatural) body which will not be bound by the laws of nature (Luke 24:31, John 20:19, 1 Corinthians 15:44). This new body will not be of the flesh, so those urges, which the bible states are of the flesh (1 Corinthians 6:13-20), will not have any effect on it.
We will also no longer listen to music or play video games; we will not want these things. Once we experience the full glory of God, that is all we will want for all eternity.
Hope that helps!

When thinking about heaven and eternally praising God, we first have to realize that when we get to heaven we will have a much fuller understanding of what exactly God did for us. In heaven, we're not going to be sitting there wishing we could listen to rock music and do some other earthly thing. All of those things will pass away, along with that mindset. When we are in our glorified heavenly bodies, we will desire more than anything else to be forever with God. I think also reading Revelation helps to paint a better picture of what heaven will look like. It will not be a place in the clouds with harps. I don't think our job will be to be on our knees for eternity in worship. Heaven is a prize, as Paul described it, that we should work earnestly to receive. God would not promise us a prize if we would be more happy with something else. When we get there, and we understand how it works, we will not ever want to be anywhere else. It's tough to understand that now, but that's okay, all we can do is continue to have faith.

In the first place, no one is going to Heaven. there is nothing in the Bible saying you are going to heaven . When you are born again, you will be with sex, you will be part of the God Family . In Revelation 21, it tell of God bringing his Kingdom down to a new earth, where he will be with his people for ever.
The old heaven and earth will cleansed by fire, and there will be a new earth and a new heaven. All those that did not repent of their sin, and did not know or believe in God, will not be around, they would have been burned in the great fire to their death ( the second death). Man made sex a sinful act. their is no sex in the Kingdom of God. As a Spirit being, you will be able to go any where through out the universe.

Wow, a lot of whatever there. In heaven there is nothing physical. Just SOULS. No female/male, no physical. No kneeling, bending. There is nothing to kneel or bend with. JUST SOUL. The souls that get there are because they used their free will on earth and made some sort of effort in their choices of life here. Heaven is Happiness, if you DO get there, there isn't too much to worry about.... as far as music goes, I hope someone or something gives you inspiration in the right direction real soon. I don't know for a fact but suspect that God loves music as much as we do. Smile-- God loves all his children.....

I hear ya my friend, the way I am made to understand it we will have no knowledge of our lives here and of the loved ones we left behind. If we did we would worry for them and be sorry for them, and there is no sorrow there it is said. If you ask a preacher, or a true believer they will tell you you must have faith. But the whole religion is based on faith. I have never heard a preacher say anything negative about christianity, they will study on it, and come up with something out of there head that makes sense to them. Thats where all the different religions come from.

These are all carnal pleasures and Heaven is albout the spirit...you need to concentrate more on being all God meant you to be and stop worrying about what material things will be allowed in Heaven.......we won't miss them and we won't want them...we will have better things.
1 Corinthians 2:9
KJV: But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him

Heaven is the presence of God. God is all things good. (The two can't be separated.) Therefore, heaven is good. Don't worry about what it will be like and whether or not you would like it.. God has already taken care of that, because he made you and he knows what brings you joy. :) What you need to worry about is making sure you're serious about getting there. Jesus said "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one gets to the father except through me."

That is why we need to have new hearts now....so that when we get to heaven we will already want to do the things that are best for us. God does not want us to be unhappy...that is why He does give us a choice of whether to be with Him or not. He has things planned for us that are way better than anything we can think of....better than sex, and drugs and rock music. But, He wants us to be checking out what things are best for us while we are on earth since He will NOT take our free will from us.

You been getting the wrong newspaper, or you been seeing the wrong channel(s); went to the wrong country and tried to understand a language you dont know.
Heaven is here and now. You know orgasms.... so when you have one where are you? Heaven, of course !!
And the music and games and all - You are living, breathing and having fun - so when you are dead you do not know where you are or why and when that is the case why worry ?
Change channels my friend - have orgasms - stay in heaven.
