Well, it depends on your source.
A recent health survey said that on average (over all age groups) people had sex 1.8 times a week. It is reasonable to suppose that those at the younger end did it more often on average, and those at the upper age limit would do it much less, but evened out to be 1.8 per week.
***For those who say married couples only do it once in awhile, or not at all. Hubby and I do it 3 times a week and we've been married 23 years!

Everything qualified "normal " will depend upon many factors. If you both have fun, enjoy it! Long time couples will do it only 3 times a week because they won't find more time for it or have lower sex drive. Too much stress and/or depression will lower the sex drive but I'm getting on the boring side here ;-)
Do it as much as you want as long as both have fun!

Define normal. If it works for you guys then go for it. I've had sex with my husband 2 to 3 times a day for a few weeks at a time so normal is all about what you both can deal with.
(We were on vacation)

Well, however many times you guys can get together. A guy in his late-teens to mid-20's can go once or even twice a day. But their sex-drive changes as they grow closer to 30. Once every day of two if their lucky. It just depends on you as the willing sex partner at your current age.

I am in my mid 20's, been with my husband for about 3 years and we have sex about 7-10 times per week. If he is out of town we have to get it in on the weekend so probably about 5 times when he is out of town per week. There is no "normal' it is whatever feels right for you guys. Don't compare yourself, I have friends my age that only do it maybe once a week and are completely happy with that.

The amount of sex that you have in a week, there is no normal. It depends on your sex drive, your stress levels, and that sort of thing. My husband and I have sex sometimes twice a week, sometimes once a week. I have talked to other women and they say about the same. More stress makes it occur less often. You have to find the norm for the two of you.

Once or twice is normal. If your having it for less or longer it's ok. On Average, couples have sex about 3-4 times a month

honey,as much as u both guys want to have as longest is the two of u!(3 time a day (1 to 2 every time),6 days a week)

I don't think there's any magic number for lovemaking. I'd say anything ranging from 2-5 times per week is about average. But it can increase or decrease at any given time depending on situations, circumstances, and availability of each other at ny given time. But it's nothing to worry about if the frequency happens to chance at some times.
