To get help or to get attention.
Many people are not comfortable talking to someone they know; sometimes it's easier to be anonymous.

I guess it depends on the person. I have asked questions with a serious desire for well-intentioned, helpful answers. I think others do the same. However, there are a few that want to ask questions about their personal problems to hear answers that support their views, or their side of the problem or they do it just to vent. It takes all kinds to make the world go round.

Well i guess because they don't know the people and it's from all over the world i find it hard to talk about my problems with my friends but easier without knowing anyone

I use my myspace for that.. It sometimes just feels better to lay it all out..I do go into my personal life file, for questions that relate.. because I know I have been through a lot (as I know many others have) and I believe we can help and show others that life can get better.

Because they seriously seek advice as to how to deal with them. I try to treat all such interrogatories seriously, and hope that others will also.
