Is PS3 worth the money. Is it any different than PS2? Graphics? Anything else different? How much does it cost? What website has a list of these games? Does Walmart have PS3 console and games?

Is it possible to buy the PS3 game and play it on the computer with the PS3 controllers so I don't have to buy the console? If I buy the wireless controller would that work on the computer. Is it possible to save the game on the computer? Do you need the PS3 memory card for the computer?

Great graphics. Far better than PS2. Built-in Blu-Ray player. Free online. MS makes you pay up the a$$
60GB hard drive, wireless capable model $499.
Yes, Walmart has them.
Edit:
When will the price for the console drop or where can I buy it cheap online?
The price has dropped. It was $600.
You can try ebay. But beware of who you're buying from.

Ummm...no. PS3, 360 and Wii games are NOT PC games. You have to have the consoles.
The controller probably won't work on your PC, but you can buy PC controllers that are virtually the same style.
You'd have to transfer a game save from the PC to the PS3...or the PS3 to the PC. You need a flash drive to save and transfer files if you're going through a PC.

I think that everyone else has answered your question if the PS3 is worth the money. Of course it's worth the money. I paid $685 for mine back in December and I don't regret it one bit.
You cannot play PS3 games on a computer. PS3 games were meant to be played on a PS3 not a PC. There are laptops that have a Blu-Ray drive but they costs thousands of dollars and they cant play PS3 games anyway. If I were you, I would just buy it. Don't doubt the PS3. The PS3 had a rocky start, but it is just beginning. Once those great games come in, the PS3 will be untouchable by any console.

I think it's worth the money, and I payed 600 bucks for it.
Is it different than the PS2? Miles. For starters, the PS3 has way much better graphics than the PS2. It also has the Sixaxis controller. PS3 games are going to be significantly longer and better looking than the PS2.
Anything different? Sixaxis. 1.3 HDMI output. 1080p. Better online play this time around. Instead of individual companies hosting their own online hubs, Sony will be the only hub this time around.
Just about every store that sells video games will have a PS3 and games.
It's 500 bucks. If you get it now, you also get 5 free Blu-ray movies, but the offer ends today.

yeah the graphics are much better and it costs alot more
but from the sounds of it you seem to be more of a casual gamer and i would suggest a nintendo wii ($250) or a cheaper but basically the same thing as the ps3, xbox 360 ($350 starting august 8th)
walmart or any other store that sells video games and accessories.

There are rather 3 diverse platforms.... the 40, 60 and 80GB's..... all of them can study flash drives, and that i'm undecided what SACD is..... however the 40 is the main trouble-free, because of the fact it has each and every of the features of the 80 merely smaller cost and GB of direction.... however the 60 is the only one that is PS2 game nicely suited and is likewise the toughest to discover.... although, you could bypass on-line from the PS3 keep and obtain the distinctive PS2 video games for the PS3 40 or 80 GB's..... good success!!
