3 days ago it was like a small painless ball, now its bigger and hurts when i touch it only.

it could also be an ingrown hair. It'll probably go away soon

You may have high sugar, I get those because I am diabetic......get that checked........If you soak in a hot tub it may break and relieve the pain, or cover it with neosporin it may break and relieve it. Make sure you keep it clean when it breaks.....let it drain and keep clean with a bandage til it drains all out.
