Yes! It is a part of the Masonic Lodge. It is there youth arm for boys. The Masonic Lodge can best be described as a Christian Cult. They allow people to embrace ways other than Jesus Christ for salvation and teach a mystical version of some biblical characters and acts. The order also is a secret society that is strictly forbidden by scripture.

You are not going to be dabbling in the occult, however, I would stay away from it all together. There are several books out there about Free Masonry that will tell you the straight dogma of the organization. One good author on the subject is John Ankerberg and his writing partner John Weldon.

I've heard of them. There's not much that can be said, really. Knights Templar, French revolution, burning at the stake - it's all in the books.

(...or _is_ it?) ;-)
