You need to relax and be patient. Girls are not done growing until they're 19-20.
You need to get to bed earlier and get up earlier. And exercise. I don't see any exercise there? How can you expect to burn the calories you eat when you never exercise. You should be walking for 1 hour EVERY day, in addition to the hour with the dog----at least. And I mean walk---put your butt into it. Height is based on your genes---and there is nothing you can do your take that will make you grow faster or more than you're supposed to be. And there is no way to know what that will be until you are done growing.

Looks like you are doing yourself very well. :] Maybe more exercise would help? Push ups, jogging, ect, nothing heavy.

Eat plenty of veggies and fruits, a cliche, but they really do help! Dried fruits help give you energy for more exercise.

Just be patient and over time you will grow well, don't worry about sleeping, that's just a myth created by parents to make children sleep earlier... It doesn't matter when you sleep as long as you have a good sleeping pattern and get at least 8 hours.

Hope this helps, and good luck! =]

Well, I'm a 50 year old man that is just about your same height. Similarly, when I was about your age I told my doctor the same thing and asked if he would consider growth hormone shots for me. I'll never forget his no nonsense reply: "You'll be just as tall as the Almighty created you to be."

Well, except for me being mad at God for not putting it in my gene pool to be any taller, that essentially was the end of the matter. Of course, I no longer harbor the grudge against God for not being put together the way I thought I should have been as a teenager. I have so much to be thankful for and realize that it is a blessing that He created me just the way He created me.

If you are so inclined, Psalm 139 may help.

You should sleep earlier, it would help. ^_^ But it is mainly how tall your parents are..like if your dad and mom is tall, there would me a more chance of you being tall than short..it all depends on what genes you have. ^_^ and maybe some sports like basketball or jumprope might help..>.<

It might just be a slow growing spurt. You will come around and grow more, you still have a few more growing years on ya.

Most females stop growing at 15 or even earlier.

Try a Yahoo search for "grow taller naturally" but please beware of scams.
