Jaundice of the liver has yellowing of the eyes as a symptom. A yellowish tint to the flesh is another symptom of it.

He won't go to a doctor? Do nothing. When he gets sick enough, he won't be able to fight off the ambulance company from bringing him to the hospital; and he can listen to a doctor, then!

if this condition is just appearing on his eyes, then it means he has problems with his liver functions and is a sign of jaundice. locally one can take sugar cane in excess and it gets cleared in a non severe case but i severe case one needs to see a doctor pls.
Jaundice is a yellowing of the skin, whites of the eyes, and body fluids. It is caused by an increase in the amount of bilirubin in the blood. Bilirubin is a yellowish pigment that is produced from the breakdown of heme, mostly from hemoglobin and red blood cells (RBCs). It is transported by the blood to the liver, where it is excreted in bile, eventually reaching the small intestine. Jaundice may arise from a problem at any point in the pathway and is usually a sign that there is a problem that needs to be addressed

Your husband sounds as if he has yellow jaundice. This yellowing is a sign that things aren't right. He should be tested by the doctor for Hep and liver disease.

He most likely has jaundice, which means his kidneys or liver aren't functioning properly. They aren't eliminating waste, so he is literally poisoning himself.
He feels fine now, but liver and kidney failure happens fast. When he starts feeling ill, it may be too late and his chances for survival are very low.
Get him to an emergency room now. If he refuses, call an ambulance and they will force him.
Act now or he may die. Please go now.

Sounds like elevated bilirubin which would be indicative of jaundice.

Sounds like liver problems. I would take him to the ER immediately! Better to be safe!
