It all depends on how you walk. The goal is to burn more calories than you put in. If you walk 3 miles very fast, get your heart rate up, and work up a little sweat, you stand to loose a few pounds per week. A nice leisurely walk through the park is still good, but doesn't have the same calorie-burning effect.

On another note, you can nearly cut your lunch calories in half by leaving out the slice of cheese.

Good luck!

Nothing or very little of water weight and muscle.
You can only lose fat if you create a slight deficit in daily caloric intake.
First of all - you dont eat enough to lose fat.
Second -you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min to lose fat and also do some light weight training 2-3 times a week.
Special K is one of the worst cereals on the market - the only thing it has is the best marketing strategy. Try Kashi cereals - or others you can find in health food stores.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I can't give you an answer for how much weight you will lose but here is a site that will give you an average calculation of the amount of calories:

a) your body needs to stay at the same weight level
b) for fat loss
c) extreme fat loss

Then calculate the total calories you are taking in from your prescribed meal above and figure out where you fall under.

If you weight about 150 pounds now, I would say that you could lose about 15 pounds.
