If some people send obscene & abusive statements in some chat room of some website which are open to all the visiters of that chat room..
and if some visiters also send words like they are enjoying that procedure in that chat room ......
will not that be violation of Information Technology Act of India section 67 (regarding publishing of information which is obscene in electronic form)???
Will not all other visiters enjoying there and also that web site be responsible for abetment or joint liability or group liability of that act in India??

I an Indian residing in u . s . and because i know as a usual chatter i know many many human beings international huge continuously use some undesirable phrases or sentence.as long because it would not harm to somebody for my area no person cares and likewise chat rooms at the instant are not sturdy source for something like that or if that fact harm or broken in large way then it would desire to be super problem yet basically internet site human beings would desire to take some action and yahoo has no own accountability of something stepping into chat room.

Then why is yahoo so careless about it in mails received and messages in messenger inviting who doesn't want - having request on settings and complaining a thousand times - to them always getting only the automated replays????????
