It's an adjustable weight system you can unscrew the weights and add more or less weight depending on your swing.If your trying to fix a slice for instance you add more weight to the area closer to the shaft

putting the heavier weights in the toe of the driver helps promote a fade opposite for the heel and the way back lowers and pushes back the center of gravity to help with off center hits
