I have a 2005 Nissan Altima and have dropped the from end 2". I used Drop Zone springs and, it has made a niose in the front.especially when its cold. (creaking). Nissan took apart the front end changed all seals and, lubed it. I even put new struts on it and, it only had 30K miles then.

I have a feeling the sway bar is the noise you can disconnect both ends and find out. The bushings that mount the bar to the subframe can be wraped with teflon tape and coated with silicone diaelectric grease. Dry sway bar bushings is my thought

you have changed all the characteristics of bushing positions. You are probably loading up a bushing a way it shouldn`t be. Take a look at your sway bar bushing link to control arm
