I work out a lot and i really have no fat around my stomach. I love my abs but the only problem is my skin is really saggy and it looks like fat. How can i fix it and get my skin tighter without surgery?

u have to lower ur bf% by eating healthy.

You try with some abdomen excersise.Use abdomen belts during nights. Do hot oil masage twice a week

Just do crunches or abdominal workouts and it should turn from flab to fab in no time
