Well, uh… where do I start. Usually the money given to churches is from donations, which you already know. This money, generally assumed, is used for the church – upkeep, expenses – and for outside charitable endeavors. The only way I know of that a church could support a war effort is to collect money and specifically ear-mark it for that purpose. I do not think or know of churches whose specific purpose for existence is to support wars. Churches are for religion, not fighting. If anything, the bulk of the money for any war comes from taxes, which come from you and I. If you don’t want to support wars, don’t pay taxes (and then see if the IRS will still be nice to you).
Second, Jesus is not dead. He is alive. Remember the resurrection? He is in heaven, seated at the right hand of the Father. Just thought I’d clear that up.
Third, before you set out bashing the Catholic Church, maybe you should get some Catholic education so that you’ll know what you’re talking about before you speak. Here’s a good place to start: www.catholic.com, and www.scripturecatholic.com.
God bless.

Sorry, but i don't give money to evil war profiteers through Church donating (really, i know very well where the money i donate to church goes, i wish my tax money destination were as clear). It might have to do with the fact I'm a Brazilian (no wars near by), still, as always, generalizations are not very good.
All my "dogmas" (yuk, don't like that word), all of them revolve around peace and love and brotherhood.
I'm not a satanist and i do not perform that kind of ugly stuff you mentioned!

I say that regardless of what the church does, what is more important is what we do.
While your statement may be true, isn't it more profitable for we, as Christians, to spread His Word?
How will anyone know of His love if we get caught up in the propaganda that the media feeds us?
1Corinthians 1:18 talks about the preaching of the cross and how it's foolishness to those who are perishing but to those of us who are being saved, it is the power of God.
If you find churches that do such things, shake the dust off your feet at them for they are cursed. Then, in turn, go out and preach the gospel. The good news is what it's all about. Getting people to know who Jesus is.
And for those who think Jesus is dead, wait, for the day is coming (and in the not so distant future) when he will descend back to this earth in all His glory.

they have a scripture that says the devil will deceive the world... look how wide spread christianity is... the origins of christianity are as follows... the roman empire, who's emperor considered himself a god.... then through this came the Roman Catholic Church... where the emperor was still the god, although he's beginning to hide this fact from the public.... next he murders and wars against persons and cultures that gain spiritual powers.... then he preaches through the world his way and uses brain washing techinques to keep his subjects meek... and still he goes out and wars and murders opposers to his church... then humanity gets wise and enact laws such as freedom of religion... so that burning and hanging of witches and heretics end... but he's got armies such as the KKK and the christians willing to kill abortion doctors and blow up women's clinics... (women were becoming strong) and still he calls himself god... and still from among those he "owns" for now he sees it as his personal slave class... people still willing to do his dirty work.... ex Mark David Chapman, who once idolized John Lennon but after attending a bible camp began to be obsessed with killing him... why because John Lennon had a spiritual presence strong enough to rival the pope.... so that's the story of god that's the story of the deciever, that's the story of the pope....

Seriously, have you ever met a born again christian that acts like a normal non-judgmental person that doesn't think that they are part of God's chosen people, who will go to heaven while those that don't believe what they do are going to hell? I know a few schizophrenics like that. They aren't worshipping evil, just sick.

Christian should pay their taxes. If the God-allowed governments use these monies to pay for wars, the taxpayers are not complicit, unless they ideologicall support the wars.
As for your claim that they give billions of dollars a year to war profiteers by the avenue of church donations? You are way off. I think you maight have got off the train in Cucamonga!

Such anger, such rage, such bitterness, such mis-information. Are these the attributes of the Jesus you speak of? If not, who's attributes might they be?

You have said nothing in your offense to validate your claim.
Just hypocrisy of former knowledge, yet little wisdom.
