When voicemail picks up, you dial * or # then it'll ask you your passcode. Enter it and check your messages. That's it.

Since the rules are different in every country for cell phones and since you didn't tell us if you were checking the voicemail on your landline or your cell phone when calling from your landline, you will have to guess which answer is correct. If you still have the directions for your phone (or ask your provider) there should be a phone number to call. The cell phone in front of me has speed dial 1 dedicated to checking on messages and the phone number comes up when I hold that. Most phone systems if you punch * star while in the voice mail message, it asks for password.

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/axEly
Go to the web site & work your way through to live chat. Get a live chat started & explain the problem, they may be able to create a patch for you. I just had to do that with my Magic Jack. Sometimes this happens when your internet connection is upgraded or changed or an update through your internet connection. Every time Internet Explorer upgrades we are all screwed. Good Luck

Depends where you are, in the UK just phone your mobile number from any other phone and as you hear your voice message press star, you will then be asked for a pin, do this and you can listen to your messages. Your pin is set from your mobile phone when activating your message service. All networks seem to work the same. It will cost you the call from a landline to a mobile.

With mine I dial the number and let it ring until it goes to voicemail. After you start hearing your voicemail greeting, press pound and it should ask for your password to access your account. If this doesn't work, you can call your cell phone carrier and they will tell you the number to dial to check it from a land line. Try the first option though, most cell carriers do ti that way now.

Just call your cellphone number. It will give you directions from there as they vary depending on the carrier. But if you listen to the options once, you'll know how to do it the next time without having to go through all that each time.
