uh, wake up sweetie. Look around you. What have your elders taught you about talking with Latter-day Saints, when you go tracting door to door? That's right. "Don't even mess with them."
Where are your prophets and apostles, JW? Where is your priesthood? Where are your Temples? What kind of covenants can you enter into with God if you don't have these things? The JWs are no more unique than any other Christian sect out there today.
You're claim of uniqueness is downright laughable.

Q: "Why is there division amongst people of different religions? The Bottom line amongst all doctrines is common and all strive towards the same goal. Is there a right and a wrong?"
============
Attack the message, not the messenger!
The problem, here, is that the Asker doesn't see how different the different religions actually are. The bottom line is that there is indeed major issues between religions.
As for your question "Is there a right and a wrong," try to reason with me here: Let's say you're God. How are you gonna teach your creations about the Gospel? Well, if you follow the Old Testament, God used Prophets to talk with and command to lead his people. In fact in Amos 3:7 it says that God will use prophets or nothing.
So where are the prophets? Because where they are, you know God's truth will be there. No where does it say that God was ever going to use a book for people to read. Besides, that is the stupidest thing ever thought of. Totally unreliable, and just look how many Christian churches exist that all use the same book to get their religion from, and yet the only thing they can agree on is opposing the doctrines of the Latter-day Saints, who are the only people that have prophets. Hmmm.
Just what does that tell you? Now look, look at the thumbs down icon under my name, and what do you see? All the Christians reading my post and disagreeing with me. (reverse psychology that's actually working this time! Bible thumpers are so glib.)

The Apostle Paul gave an answer to your question found in l Corinthians 1:10,"Now I exhort you brothers, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that you should all speak in agreement, and that THERE SHOULD NOT BE DIVISIONS AMONG YOU,BUT THAT YOU SHOULD BE FITLY UNITED IN THE SAME MIND AND IN THE SAME LINE OF THOUGHT."
as a Jehovah's Witness, I am very proud to say that we use this council. The literature we use, the message we preach/teach, the standards we live by, even down to the lessons we have on Sunday - are the SAME THE WHOLE WORLD OVER. We are truly united!
No other religion on earth can make that claim.

I try to respect everyone. I do believe that there is a right and a wrong. I do not believe in some of the things of other religions. One example is that Mormons believe a man may have many wives, I disagree. Some religions believe in reincarnation, I disagree. Some religions do not believe in the Trinity, I do. But that does not mean that I am disrespectful or look down upon others.

Roger, Is there aright or wrong? One of your answers said through the prophets, But we know there are many false prophets that's why there are so many divisions.
When anyone puts something down in writing it can be tested and if the thought is in error it will show its self to be an untruth.
The Holy Bible is the book for testing, its called Holy because it is said to be inspired of God. 2 Timothy 3;16,17. When put to the test it proves to be true.
The problem with men is they assume to many untruths spoken by other men to be factual, there is where the deception comes from, so people start following the lie. They don't put what they believe to the test.
An example of this is: The question of death? What happens to us when we die?
Read Ecclesiastes 9;5,10, Ecclesiastes 3:19, (John 11:11-14) 11 He said these things, and after this he said to them: “Laz′a·rus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep.” 12 Therefore the disciples said to him: “Lord, if he has gone to rest, he will get well.” 13 Jesus had spoken, however, about his death. But they imagined he was speaking about taking rest in sleep. 14 At that time, therefore, Jesus said to them outspokenly: “Laz′a·rus has died. . .
So now if you remember that God cannot lie, then what ever you have heard that is not in agreement with the quoted scriptures must be an untruth. The reason this happens is because of the people didn't accept the Bible's truth.
(2 Thessalonians 2:9-12) 9 But the lawless one’s presence is according to the operation of Satan with every powerful work and lying signs and portents 10 and with every unrighteous deception for those who are perishing, as a retribution because they did not accept the love of the truth that they might be saved. 11 So that is why God lets an operation of error go to them, that they may get to believing the lie, 12 in order that they all may be judged because they did not believe the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness.. . .

There is commonality among notions of morality; the system derives from evolution, which applies to societies as well as to species: a society which adheres to a sound moral code will survive preferably to one that does not. But religion is in all cases man-made, and since people differ, religions will also.

As long as a religion persists in the delusion that ITS members are the only ones that are chosen/saved/heaven-bound/etc., it will always have enemies, whether in other religions with the same mindset, or in the non-religious, who can't stand that kind of arrogance and self-righteousness/self-importance.

If there are a bazillion answers to the question "How do I get to God?"..... and there really is a God, then yes. There is ONE right and all the rest are wrong.
If there really isn't a God, then they are all wrong and there is no right.
