i was commando and wearing a short skirt and tube top when my step dad saw when i was walking up the stairs. he said it looks nice from here...i did not know what to do so i winked my eye and said i know! lol i don't know what to say to him now...

Since every answer so far is on the negative side I will say something else.
If you commonly go commando, don't be so surprised that he enjoyed the view. You must enjoy being seen, there is nothing bad or wrong in that either.
Your wink though flirtatious, and kidding, he may take it as an invitation to pursue the possibilities further. Do not be surprised if he does. If you do not want his attentions tell him so at that time that looking is one thing but that is as far as it goes. If you do want the attention then it is your choice.
I know this answer will be unpopular, but we are all living in a real world.....and this is more common than you may wish to think.

He shouldn't be saying stuff like that to you: wear underwear in the future if you are going to wear a skirt (especially since there are stairs) and be careful.
Also saying what you said in response could be taken as flirting with him, and it might encourage him to say and/or try other things.
Let it slide this time, unless it happens again or he starts trying to touch you or something of that nature: then tell your mom.

How long has been your step dad. If its not long you shouldn't be dressing with your body parts hanging out. I don't care if its your house. Why don't you just put a hole in the bathroom so that he can peek at you like a porkys bathroom. Oh and the guy is creepy/disgusting for saying that.

This story can be summed up in one word: SKANK! Both you and your step dad are of the Jerry Springer class. Start wearing panties for crying out loud and stop teasing your step-dad - that is disturbing. That is completely unacceptable behavior from your step dad. If he does something like that again, give him a dirty look and leave. If he ever touches you in any way which you are uncomfortable with, tell him in a LOUD voice to cut it out. Then go tell your mom that the three of you need to sit down and talk about it.

So, what are you as much as at 18 and going "commando" in a quick skirt ? Act and talk normal. If he was paying you a compliment, good. If he meant more than that, well. you don't know for sure. I know that a lot of people will be telling you to scream your head off. They are the ones that are paranoid. If something were to happen or he talked to you like you know he shouldn't, then go to your mom or dad and relate it to them. An out of hand comment like that doesnt mean he's a murderer.

You don't say anything concerning this. I think that from your name "sexy little white girl" and the fact that you wear no underwear, you like the attention anyway. Regardless, if he ever says anything else in an inappropriate manner to you, go to your mother about it instead of saying "I know." If he ever touches you, go to the cops and for God's sake cover up.
