I have Comcast Digital Cable and frequently see errors in guide information for cartoon shows with more than one cartoon in each episode. The error is that it shows information for one of the cartoons, but not both. Sometimes, in shows with three cartoons, information for the first one or two shows up, but not the third. And sometimes, the information is too short, and wastes all the good space for the would-be information of the other cartoon. Another error is that the order of cartoons being aired in an episode is sometimes mixed up in guide info's. Why does all this happen?

actually the guide from comcast is provided by TV guide... it is there program that is ran threw the boxes....alll the changes to design and color and the ads are from TV Guide ... comcast has no real control over that. if you want to complain about errors in programming that is from TV Guide.....now if the box is not uploading the guide or the time on the box is 1200 then that is a comcast issue..

If you look for it, you will see "schedules subject to change without notice" printed somewhere. Plus, there's a space consideration - there are SO many channels in some of those things, there's no way it could list every detail.

The head office in Texas is to blame, they need to get their schedulers to work on this problem, my best sollution is to call Comcast and let them know there is a problem.
