I am a Junior in college working towards a Bachelor's degree in Biology and I've decided I want to work for a Biotechnology company.

Does anyone know of any such companies that hire for co-ops and/or internships? I know Genzyme does. And they have a branch where I live but I don't know if that specific branch hires for co-ops and internships, so I'd like to know about more companies.

As a general rule, large companies do and small companies do not hire interns. However, most colleges have programs to help students find internships. Check there first.

The other option would be to simply go to the Genzyme office and ask. Do this in person, and take your resume with you. This is exactly how I got an internship when I was in college.
