So that they are able to thumbs up the answer,with another account insuring at least one thumbs up to their own question.
hhmmm I need to make another account as I have a very "green thumb"...get it..wasn't that funny?...you see, I work on Bonsai Trees..and they can be a little fickle to the uninitiated, in the art...so the green thumb thing really fit the occasion... LOL

They also get mad when some people don't give them the answer they want. Look at some of the additional details. They'll start fussing with the people who answered.

Because they also want to hear what other people think & maybe then they may re-think what they thought in the first place. Its called discussing, not just making a statement.
