my ps3 does not start up anymore, and i need to get it fixed. not sure what number i call

The number that you call is 800-345-(SONY)7669. Also, just to help you out, if your PS3 says: "Cannot start, the correct hard disk was not found", take out the hard disk and put it back in again. If you have tried to enhance the PS3 by doing your own work on it, then it might not work, and you will have voided your warranty.

800-345-(SONY)7669. or what you can do is go to sony site and get information on how to send it and what not.....they should be able to help you just don't mess with it until after talking to sony because if you do try to attempt to do something with it you might void your warranty!!!!
