Well, as several answers imply, it would be nice if you said what country you are, how many and what color the wires are, unless bt is supposed to tell us something. And why disconnect them?

If you only have one phone point/phone -then Yes. But if you have more than one, then connect 3 (or/wh) or the bell will probably not ring, unless you use two masters.

asuming you have four pairs,just pull out the white/green, green. white/brown, brown. white/orange, orange.
or,,,
if you have two pairs, undo the white/orange, orange and leave the white/blue, blue pair

by the way, why do you want to pull out the wires???
