There are two legit reasons why we don't feel His presence. It isn't because He doesn't want us to feel his presence. These 2 legit reasons proves His presence, if you have them, then you feel His presence because Jesus had them when He was on this earth. What are those 2 legit reasons?

What do we have that makes us feel God's presence? or do you want to know what 2 things KEEPS us from "feeling" His presence?

If it be the 1st, for me, those would be Love and The Holy Spirit....

LOL 2nd choice is love and forgiveness/salvation

If it hadn't been the fact that you said Jesus had them, I would have said "sin" keeps us from "feeling" God's presence.

Peace be with you :)

Hello and allow me to answer this in my own way okay, first we DO NOT EVER base our experience of weather God is presence is in the life or not, we base it upon a "it is written" upon His promises WHEN we live up to the conditions stated in The Holy Bible DO NOT EVER base you faith upon a "feeling" Jesus was living as if He was the first Adam He lived a perfect life even though text like Heb.13:8, Heb.1:5-9 where the Father Himself address Jesus as God, He lived as man Can, but His understand of God was based upon SCRIPTURE Not ever upon a 'feeling' in the wilderness, tempted by satan every response to satan was "it is written" and that is our only save guard as well. FAITH..... FACTS..... or..... FELINGS?

I believe.... YOU... to be in Error?

Have you read.... 2Chronicles 12:14 ?

HOW about Psalms 66:18?

OR..... Matthew 5:23-24?

Perhaps you shouldn't PLAY GAMES.... in your Understanding of God?

(1Samuel 3:21) And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh:

for the LORD revealed himself

to Samuel

in Shiloh

by the Word of the LORD.

Thanks, RR

I feel it is but one.

The 1st commandment
"You shall have no other gods before Me"

Now, take the rest of your life to understand and live it.

there is only one to be concerned about...

sin.

Sin and God cannot coexist. Thus, God will not reside where sin is lord.

Another reason coincides with the first. After the Ten Commandments were read, the people stayed afar off when God came down to the mountain. Why? No fear of God. With no fear of God, they feared their sin would be exposed.

You don't feel it because your faith is not strong enough. Become a sheep and totally surrender all your free will. Let your church do your thinking for you. Then you will feel whatever you are told.

First you will have to get your imagination fired up to the point you get emotionally 'moved'. Then you can be like the others and say 'you felt god's presence'.

HE us wants to know, love and experience HIM by faith. w/o faith it is impossible to please HIM. i believe that when we truly love HIM with our whole heart, HE gives personal experiences. we must fellowship with HIM, HE wants our companionship. in fact, the bible says that is our purpose.....to fellowship with GOD. there was a man in the old testament named enoch. the bible implies that GOD enjoyed enoch's company so much that GOD took enoch to be with GOD in heaven. pretty awesome !!!!!!!!
