Exercise lots, reduce carb and sugar intake to almost nil. Eat lots of veggies and fruits. And drink LOTS of water. You can also try to sweat it out in a sauna but DONT exceed the recommended time limitations or you could hurt yourself.
But remember that the only way to gaurantee weightloss and keep it off is to lose weight in small incements of no more than 2 to 3 lbs in a week.

Give up your carbs and sugars, start excercising and you will lose more than 5 pounds in 15 days! If you cut back on your eating, then you'll lose some weight too.. but it's better doing it the healthy way!

Well the only way to get the pounds off is to stay away from the sugars and to exercise, unless ya got tha doe for liposuction......

Well, with an attitude that you're not going to exercise or give up carbs & sugars, you're S.O.L. unless you want liposuction.
Try a weight watchers diet. My wife lost 20 lbs. in 2 weeks on Weight Watchers. She didn't exercise, and she didn't have to starve herself. She just watched her calorie & fat intake.

Smoke pot and do not eat three times a day in that five days.
Weed would regulate youre hunger an matabolism in that period. Believe me, I stopped smokeing weed and gained 26 Kg=49lbs

well you can eat fruit for sugar,lot's of water, watermelon is good! got lot's of everything you need!
i ate salads with vegies, and spam and some cheese, no dressing of course.
i 've been eating the same way for years and i'm slim!

I would suggest excercise tv, Its fun and gives you a work out. Also try to eat more fruit and vegtables. Hope this helps you.

If you hate exersizing then YOU are PROBABLY NOT going to loose 5 lbs..gosh...hello there! Continue getting fat if you dont want to eat right and exersize
