I was raised Baptist, also. Right now I attend a nondenominational church. There's a lot of Baptist doctrine I do agree with, but seeing how I'm a more liberal-minded Christian I am definitely attracted to churches like the one I currently attend.

I'm a Christian. Really, my denom is called, "Christian". The Christian church started with the Restoration movement . These group of Christian men wanted Church to get back to how it was in the first Century as much as possible without the traditions of man over riding the bible.
Was raised Methodist, this is better for me.

HI, I am attending a non denomonational Holy spirit Filled Church in Vermont. We used to be A United Church, but we are on fire for the Lord and left the UCC.. The members who come to this group can be from any denomination, as Long as they acknowledge Jesus is Lord and that the Holy Spirit inspires our creativity, and that the Trinity is true, Father Son and Holy Spirit.
We welcome those moving in the Holy Spirit through creativity. We welcome Jews who accept Christ as Messiah too. See our group on YAHOO

I was raised Episcopalian...well, sort of. That's the church we went to on Christmas and Easter, anyhow, and the church my sister and I were both married in. My parents weren't exactly "devout Christians".
