I would not suggest giving him milk right now as a puppy. This can cause him to have diarrhea and make his anal area inflamed. Let him get a little older and his digestive tract to get a little stronger.

You don't give a dog cow's milk. It would most likely give them diarrhea.
So you didn't know any better an your dog lived to be 15? Some dogs live long in spite of their owners lack of knowledge.

Most dogs are lactose intolerant so milk's not a good idea. A dog needs plenty of water to be healthy, though, so better for your puppy to only give him fresh water.
